Application process

• Fill out application form (Google form) -> Make payment of entrance fee

• Applicants can choose a maximum of 3 categories, and submit 1 work for each category (3 works maximum).

Notice

• The submitted works and their copyrights belong to ASIC.

• The entry must be the applicant's pure creation. In addition, there should be no legal problems with the use of the submitted works, such as portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and copyrights. The size and standards of the submitted works must comply with the specifications listed on the contest's notice. Copying, borrowing, and plagiarism are reasons for disqualification and may result in the cancellation of awards.

• The original work of the award-winning work or works that have been reorganized and reprocessed as necessary can be posted on the ASIC website and SNS, and can be used for purposes of public relations.

• By applying to ASIC, the applicant is considered to have allowed the organizer to use the work within the scope of the method and conditions of using the winning work in the future, and the price of using the copyright of the winning work is replaced with a prize and a certificate.
